What distinguishes each of these foodservice programs is a visionary concept, innovative design, and cost-effective functionality.FCA design, inc. draws on years of industry experience and state-of-the-art technology to manage projects from concept development through facility completion. Whether you seek to design a new foodservice facility or to improve the efficiency of an existing space, FCA's team of designers and project managers will bring their insight and considerable field experience to completing your project. We have been industry leaders in creating sustainable foodservice environments-from LEED certification to efficient traffic flow patterns and equipment specifications-which can make a real difference in long-term profitability and function.FCA has been designing foodservice spaces since 1983. We have been frequently honored for design excellence and innovation by the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and Restaurants & Institutions Magazine.

Our Team Mr. Chris Clements FCSI, Principal In ChargeChris has broad experience in the foodservice industry, and currently serves as President of FCA design, inc. Chris began his career working in equipment design and fabrication, and as the designer for a restaurant supply firm. After serving as project coordinator for foodservice consulting firms in Oklahoma and California, Chris joined FCA in 1983 as a designer. His designs frequently incorporate original uses of technological advances that are often overlooked by others in the field. From concept development to final observations, Chris provides leadership on every project. He is a Professional Member of FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International) which he has served as a board member.Pamela Newell, Office ManagerPamela joined FCA in 1991 as an accountant. She has become a valuable team member. In addition to her accounting and clerical duties she has the responsibility of assisting with production, job coordination and specification writing.Benny DeLeon, Project Manager Benny joined FCA in 2003 as CAD Manager and currently holds the position of Project Manager. His attention to detail makes him ideally suited for his responsibilities as coordinator for projects from inception to completion. His twelve years of experience and expertise in Foodservice Industry makes him a valuable member of the FCA team.Darron Gaus, Project Manager Mr. Gaus has been a part of FCA since 2008 and is currently a Project Manager. He has seven years experience as a CAD operator and has an extensive knowledge in the preparation of foodservice drawings. His knowledge enables him to produce drawings which uphold FCA standards. His unique abilities have been beneficial in all aspects of project coordination. He is currently studying to become a LEED Accredited Professional.

Description: This is approximately 6,370 square feet of kitchen and servery space.

Description: Servery consists of Salad Bar, Deli/Exhibition, Pizza/Pasta, Grill, Toppings, Desserts, and two dual sided cahier's stands.

Houston, Texas

Description: This is one of three kitchen servery designs by FCA design.

Description: As you enter into the servery you pass a coffee concept, open all day. The overall area of the kitchen and servery is 5,820 square feet.

Gulfport , Mississippi

Description: A new food court type servery.

Description: The servery area covers 4,640 square feet.

New Caney I.S.D.; Porter, Texas

Description: The new high school contains a kitchen, modified food court, and a culinary arts kitchen.

Description: The servery includes eight serving venues from international to burgers and pasta/pizza. Overall area of kitchen, servery, and culinary arts is 9,440 square feet.

Tarleton State University

Stephenville, Texas

Description: The campus was in need of a new dining hall. The building became a standalone kitchen, servery, and dining space.

Description: The goal was to build an "industrial, colorful" space the students would enjoy. The food court/open kitchen encompasses 11,628 square feet.
